Built for the new workforce reality

Upplft was built on a foundation of hands-on workforce delivery. Before building software, we worked with organisations to structure hiring, manage suppliers and bring control to increasingly hybrid workforce models.

2021

Upplft was born
Experts from technology, product and hiring domains joined to establish our brand, values and operating principles and we began iteratively building the MVP.

2023

Validation through delivery
Through continued client engagements and early MVP testing, a consistent pattern emerged: Enterprises lacked a unified way to manage contingent workforce workflows, compliance and cost control.

Product pivot
Based on customer delivery experience, macro-economic shifts and regulatory change, we re-architected the platform to focus squarely on the contingent labour market.

2024

Enterprise launch
We launched the re-architected platform with enterprise-grade governance at its core, supported by the same operational expertise and solving the emerging contingent workforce challenge.
