Who we are
Your information is being collected by Upplft Group Services and its subsidiaries (‘Upplft’).
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and with the Australian Privacy Principles. This notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your data when integrating with the Oncore platform.
This collection notice applies to the personal information collected where the contractor role has been processed through the Upplft platform.

Kinds of information we collect
We may collect the following types of personal information from the Upplft platform.
· Contractor Personal Details - full name, email address, phone number,social platform links, job history.
· Contractor Role Details - position, start and end date
From time to time, it may also be necessary to collect further personal information (if / when required) to administer the services.
Why and how we collect information
Personal information relating to contractors is obtained upon being processed via the Upplft platform and imported across into the Oncore platform at time of placement onboarding process commencement.
Oncore integrates with the Upplft platform to;
· Provide contractor workforce management and reporting tools to our clients; and
· facilitate job placements, offers, and related workflow processes.
Disclosure of collected information
The personal information we collect maybe shared as follows:
· With our clients - where the contractor role has been processed through the Upplft platform, the contractor’s personal information that we have collected will be shared with the client in the form of workforce reporting and related workflow processes.
· With our advisors and service providers - information maybe shared with our accountants, auditors, legal advisors, or other relevant advisors where necessary. Your information may also be provided to third party platform providers who provide additional functionality and service to our clients and contractors.
· With government authorities - if required by law or for compliance purposes.
· With overseas entities - your data may be accessed by: Service/softwareproviders storing data in Australia.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipients of your personal information handle it in accordance with Australian Privacy Laws.
The personal information we collect will not be otherwise disclosed unless authorised or required by law or with your consent.
Failure to provide information
Providing your personal information anduse of the service is generally voluntary. However, certain information (suchas full name, email address, job history, etc.) may likely be required.
If you choose not toprovide us with the requested information, we may be unable to deliver theservices.

We may update this Privacy Collection Notice to reflect legal, regulatory, or business changes.
